Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important. If you feel that the coaching or healing sessions did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund.

• Eligibility: Refunds are available within 48 hours of the last coaching or healing session.

• Process: To request a refund, please email me at jacquelineramsey@me.com with your full name, session date(s), and reason for the request.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Non-Refundable: Refunds will not be granted after the 48-hour window has passed. Missed or cancelled sessions are non-refundable.
