Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important. If you feel that the product or service purchased did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund.
  • Eligibility: Refunds are available within 48 hours of the last coaching or healing session, or within 1 week of a product purchase.

  • Process: To request a refund, please email me at jacquelineramsey@me.com with your full name, session date(s) or product purchased, and reason for the request.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable: Refunds will not be granted after the 48-hour window for services, or the 1 week window for products has passed. Missed or cancelled service sessions are non-refundable.

By booking a coaching or healing session or purchasing a product from the store, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
